Regarding New Memberships (less than 30 days)
New members may receive a full refund within thirty 30) business days of your membership purchase, provided that you have not downloaded more than ten (10) items from CopyDoodles Access Club. After thirty (30) days or download of more than ten (10) items, no refunds will be issued for the membership term purchased. To request a refund, please do one of the following:
1) Email us at info <at> copydoodles.com. Please ask for a return receipt so you know we received it OK. Include your name, email and join date.
or
2) Send a fax cancellation message to 888.654.9310. Include your name, email and join date.
Existing Memberships
From time to time, existing members decide they no longer want access to the CopyDoodles Access Club and attempt to cancel their membership 10 minutes before their monthly charges are incurred. They then get upset when the charges go through. In order to cancel your membership before the next monthly charge, you must cancel your membership at least 48 hours PRIOR to your next billing. PMI is not responsible for any monthly charges that occur when a member cancels less than 48 hours before their next membership charge.
There are three ways to cancel your membership (first option is the easiest and preferred):
1) From the membership site by clicking on My Options under the Account Summary on the home page and choosing Cancel Your Membership.
2) Email us at info <at> copydoodles.com. Please ask for a return receipt so you know we received it OK. Include your name, email and join date.
3) Sending a fax cancellation message to 888.654.9310. Include your name, email and join date.
